Schedule of Condition & Dilapidation

A Schedule of Dilapidations would normally be prepared on behalf of a landlord towards the end of a lease. However, it can also be useful for an ingoing tenant to have a Schedule prepared to substantiate the state of the premises prior to completing upon a new lease.

Using their expertise and comprehensive knowledge our surveyors will:

• Analyse the terms of the lease to highlight the tenants obligations

• Carefully identify the correlation between tenant’s liabilities and any associated defects

• Describe the defect and wants of repair

• Provide a detailed description of remedy required

• Cost the remedy where required

• Serve the Schedule upon the tenant

• Negotiate settlement on behalf of landlord
