Our Condition Surveys provide a detailed summary of the condition of the property both internally and externally and will highlight any area of specific concern. Additionally we include an extensive photographic schedule depicting the specific points highlighted within the report.
During the course of our inspection we will consider the condition of:
• The External woodwork• The Soffits
• The Fascias
• The Roof
• The Brickwork and Pointing
• Together with investigating any evidence of cracking, damp or hazardous materials - including asbestos.
Internally we will examine any alterations previously undertaken to include the removal of a chimney breast and supporting walls. We will confirm whether the work has been undertaken to a satisfactory standard and complies with current building regulations.
Additionally we will highlight the current state of all services such as gas and electricity supplies together with associated appliances. We will recommend the provision of servicing and certification where we feel appropriate.
